MISSION FAREWELL
Morgan gave a wonderful farewell address in sacrament meeting today. Her topic was "Having an Attitude of Gratitude". Here are some of the highlights from her talk:
-We show gratitude to Heavenly Father when we serve. "In reality, you cannot fully love the Lord until you serve his people"
-"We show gratitude to Heavenly Father when we ask with the intent of acting on the answers we will receive."
-We show gratitude to Heavenly Father by being thankful for our trials. "Often the most difficult times are essential building blocks that form the foundation of our character and pave the way for future opportunity, understanding and happiness."
-We show gratitude to Heavenly Father by recognizing and utilizing the Savior's Atonement in our lives. Morgan shared the following story written by Joshua Harris called "The Room"
