I ate rudolph and I have no regrets

If you couldn't guess already by the title of my email, I ate Reindeer! We were invited over to dinner by a member of the 7th Day Adventist Church named Synnøve. The food was amazing and her two kids are adorable and so friendly! We shared a spiritual message about Christ and she invited us to come to her church service on Saturday.  We ended up going to her church which was an experience very different than what I am used to, but all of the members were very friendly and welcoming. Sunny came to our church yesterday and she said that she felt very uplifted. I pray that her heart will continue to be softened. 

I gave out my second Book of Mormon this past week all by myself! There are a lot of people here that will not even talk to us, and it makes the moments where people do stop and talk to us so worth it. Every person is different and at varying points in their lives. That is why it is so important to give everyone the opportunity to accept the gospel.

Highlights from this week:

-We got a baptismal date!

- Jello here comes in a box?!

-There was a memorial light show Friday night about the fire in the early 1900s in Ålesund.
