"Why are we speaking Norwegian then?"

This past week I have felt so loved by everyone! I am so grateful for all of the emails, packages, and prayers of love and support. Most importantly, I am so grateful for the love that Heavenly Father has for all of his children personally. One of the greatest blessings as a missionary is getting to glimpse even just a fraction of that love that He has for the people that we come into contact with and helping them understand and feel that. I am starting to comprehend what Aaron was talking about when he was describing the joy that he felt when him and his bretheren were able to convert people to the gospel.

Highlights from the week:
- Silje's baptism is just a few weeks away! She is going to give us a tour of war bunkers in Vigra today!

- We had splits with the STL's this past week and it was so much fun! They taught us different street and door approches, gave us candy, and just uplifted us with their amazing personalities!

- We met a Bristish guy while banking and started speaking Norwegian with him. Somehow it came up that we both did not come from Norway and he started to laugh and said in english "why are we speaking Norwegian then?" He was very nice and,  although he wasn't interested in the gospel, talking with him was a great start to the week.

- We tried some of the ice cream that people always come into our church looking for. It is a little place that is only open on Thursdays. It was amazing!

That's about it for the week! I hope that you all have a great Valentines day!
